Refund and Returns Policy

At Successfully Sustainable, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Clothing Returns

1.1 Requesting a Return:

You can request a return for clothing items within 30 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A brief explanation of why the return is needed
  • Photos of the garment

1.2 Return Conditions:

  • The clothing must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags still attached.
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
  • Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it is in good condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

2. Lost Orders

2.1 Address Issues:
If an item is lost because the customer entered incorrect address information and the products were returned to sender, you will have the option of having the products delivered again at cost.

2.2 Lost in Postal System:
If your products were lost in the postal system, please allow sufficient time for delivery, typically 28 days. If the item is not delivered within this time frame, a claim will be filed, and we will replace your item free of charge.

2.3 Returned to Sender:
If an item is returned to sender due to incorrect address information or other delivery issues, you will be contacted with the option to have it delivered again at cost price. Items returned to us and unclaimed for 30 days will be recycled.

2.4 Delivery Time Estimates:
Please note that all shipping times are estimates. We have no control over the performance of third-party couriers and cannot guarantee delivery times, especially where time is of the essence.

3. Damaged Items

3.1 Reporting Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We may ask you to return the item so we can inspect it.

3.2 Replacement:
Upon receiving and inspecting the damaged item, we will remill the product and send a replacement to you free of charge.
