Sustainable Footwear Brands

Discover ethical, eco-friendly, and sustainable footwear to suit all your wardrobe needs!

Plastics, foam, synthetic rubber, chemical-laden leathers, and toxic adhesives and dyes are commonly used to make footwear of all kinds. When these shoes are discarded in landfills, they don’t biodegrade, and leach chemicals into the ground and waterways. Moreover, approximately 60% of the world’s 22 billion pairs of shoes made annually are manufactured in China, Vietnam, and Indonesia. Many of the facilities where this footwear is made are unsafe for workers, who are not paid a fair or living wage and may be working too many hours.

These sustainable brands feature eco-friendly materials, sustainability certifications, fair wages for workers, charitable contributions, and plastic-free packaging, just to name a few!
